From my initial enquiry for some wood samples, right through to order and delivery my experience with Grain and Frame has been exemplary. The Grain and Frame website is clear and ordering easy, as are the payment options. I received order confirmation quickly and delivery information arrived soon after. My order of a light oak table, two chairs and two stools to match was all well packaged to protect it during transit. The furniture is beautiful; well designed, with a smooth clean finish. The colour is true to the samples received prior to my order. Lovely coasters now. The assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow. The delivery company used were professional. They contacted me with the proposed delivery date and text on the day to confirm, arriving within the time slot allocated. The furniture was carefully delivered to my specified room. I highly recommend Grain and Frame and cannot wait to use my furniture once my kitchen installation is complete.

I came across grain and frame online and was a bit hesitant at first given the pricing which is an investment. However ever since clicking order, I have not looked back once. From the outset the process was seamless - their customer service team are incredibly responsive and helped me reschedule delivery with no issues. The six seater table, 4 chairs and bench arrived with impressive packaging and was super easy to build. The quality is immaculate and is aesthetically everything I was looking for - have had so many complements on it. 10/10 experience!

Really pleased with our scandi style oak dining table. It is clearly well made and good quality and was also very easy to put together. The matching bench, stool and chairs was perfect for what we wanted. The included cushion pads for the chairs and table feet were also a nice touch

I was really struggling to find a decent quality table and chair and bench set that matched my dimensions and wasn’t a bank breaker - the grain and frame set was perfect in the customisation options - choosing between chair styles, bench or no bench, length - we had to make it fit a smaller than usual space. The added bonus of being able to customise the length with an extension when hosting was perfect. The cherry on top of the cake though was the service; I’ve ordered from a few retailers during this renovation and the bigger companies have been awful - Sam was able to help with expediting delivery before a hosted event, and kept in touch along the way. Would recommend !

After following and loving look of Grain and Frame for years, I was so excited to get our own table when we moved house. We haven’t been disappointed. The quality of the table and chairs is excellent- all of the finishing touches make it feel really high end. It’s held up well to family life- my two young children love sitting on the bench for family meals and the table extension means we can host family and friends easily without compromising on the look of the table day to day. Good quality, beautiful table. The extension options seem a little fiddly to put on and take off on a regular basis so I went for a standard sized 4 seater but it will clearly take 6 if a couple are 'smaller people'. Very useful advice while buying, so I ordered the one I wanted on a second attempt! Legs are easy to fit and well designed for strength and stability. Good instructions. Definitely a 5 star supplier.
