After endless searching I came across "Grain and Frame" and discovered our perfectly sized kitchen table.
The offer of the wood samples before purchasing is really good idea.
The communication prior during and after delivery was excellent. The company checked several times on the details of our order.
The delivery experience was great I don't think I have ever taken delivery of such a well packaged product. Care and attention to detail was exemplary.
The table and chairs are beautiful really wonderful craftsmanship , also really easy to assemble.
Looking forward now to good food, company and new memories around our kitchen table. Thank you.

So glad that I found this small business online. I am normally very hesitant with online buying but couldn’t find what I was looking for locally. Ended up with beautiful quality dining furniture. Super choice with regards to choice of table size. After order made, kept up to date with delivery date plus assembly instructions and aftercare. Purchase thoroughly packed and best of all, assembly minimal and super easy. All in all, delighted with my purchase and service from Grain & Frame.

Light oak extendable table with light oak chairs - we are delighted ! The workmanship is of a very high standard, as a couple in our 60’s we have had many dining tables over the years and the table and the chairs are our best so far. Delivery was as planned and the care taken in packaging ensured no damage in transit. Wishing the company made more furniture ! Thanks to all involved .

Just had our kitchen/ dining redone and wanted to replace our trusty table of thirty years. Spent quite a while looking in stores and online and settled for the Grain & Frame extending 6-8 seater and 6 dining chairs. And WOW!!! Absolutely thrilled with our choice. Table is beautiful, feels really solid. Beautiful solid oak - not veneer. Assembled easily in a few minutes. ( just have to screw in the table legs) The chairs are solid, comfortable but not heavy or cumbersome.Altogether it’s the perfect Scandi look I was aiming for. I’d read so many positive reviews of Grain & Frame, which helped make my decision - so glad I found this company. Communication pre- delivery was excellent, including an email with assembly and care instructions which we referred to, and delivery guys were very helpful. If you’re looking for a quality dining sett then look no further.

We’ve just recently received our extendable table and we are delighted with it. Our experience of dealing with Grain and Frame has been superb from our initial enquiry through to delivery. Having spent a career dealing with the transport of valuable paintings, I was particularly impressed by the care and attention to detail given to the packaging of the table when it arrived. It put other deliveries to shame! The table itself is great quality, it should last us for many years to come.

Great dinner table from Grain and Frame!

We purchased ours almost one year ago and all I can say is that the table is very well-made with high quality wood. The coating on the wood has also done a very good job at preventing many stain and spill disasters. We are very pleased with the table.

We were given a dining table but the problem was that we had no screws. I contacted Grain and Frame to ask to buy a set of screws and they responded immediately and sent me a set free of charge! That’s very unusual this day and age. Thanks guys and we won’t forget you!!

We brought a table from Grain and Frame, and we love it!
We spent weeks looking for the perfect table, and then we discovered Grain and Frame. It feels solid, the wood grain on it looks so beautiful and it fits our space really well. I also love that it’s extendable, it’s useful for when you have a lot of guests.
The customer service has also been amazing, and the table was shipped really well packaged. Overall I’d really recommend it!

Purchased Table and two benches for our new home. Having lived with it for a month now we are absolutely delighted with it. The quality and workmanship are superb and it’s extremely comfortable for dining. Just a mention on the packaging again excellent ensuring no damage during the delivery process. It’s definitely 10 out of 10 from us.

We bought a dining table from Grain and frame. On delivery the extension leaf was dented so this had to be replaced. But this was done at the factory as no damage to packaging. There was also damage to the leg, a dent. The welded joints on the legs were messy with blobs of weld splattered down the side of them.

We were initally happy with the table once the damaged items were replaced but after a few months the table top started to split into 2 peices and a straight section along the whole table turned a light colour compared to the rest. This was replaced.

The now replaced table top, is not great quality. It has huge knots in it which are rough to touch and leaking sap. There are a few rough bits to it and slight dips/craters in the wood. Wood filer has been thrown at some of the holes but it's not even filled properly.

Communications with G&F was just ok. It did take quite a few emails to eventually resolve the initial issues. We're now left with a sub standard table top so I wouldnt recommend.

I bought this table however you cannot fit the extension board on with one person by yourself. The extension board is heavy and you need one person to hold the board in place and the other person to put the screws in. Then you need to store the board somewhere else. It's a hassle and bad design. Not user friendly if you need to open extend the table when you're on your own. With this in mind, the design is not mindful with this issue. Not convenient for use.

These guys make great furniture and were able to deliver within five days. I agonised over a few different options, and I'm really I chose a Grain and Frame. My dining table is chunky, solid oak that doesn't feel mass-produced, and the price was good too.

Overall, we are really happy with our purchase!

We ordered the natural oak 8 seater table with two extension leaves to seat up to 12, and a bench.

Ordered on a Sunday evening and it arrived on Friday. Set up took about 20minutes.

The quality is great: simple, sturdy and the finish is flawless. The colour is really nice too (not yellowy as some 'natural' oak often is). For the price, it's hard to beat! Time will tell how the product holds up but I don't expect it to deteriorate too fast!

The delivery went perfectly, bringing everything into the room of our choice, the packaging is very good, no chances of anything being damaged, building the table and bench was very easy and everything was supplied including the tools needed.

We love our new table - it's really gorgeous. We went for the biggest option so that we can host family, but it is a lovely size - because the table isn't super deep it feels intimate even with smaller numbers. We had a problem with delivery first time around as our road was closed due to a sink hole, but Grain and Frame were brilliant at arranging redelivery. Would highly recommend.

Our 8-12 table arrived quickly and is exactly as described. It’s one of the best designed extending tables I have used both when not extended and extended because the leg position is good. Extension is quick - perhaps 2 mins at either end.
