The offer of the wood samples before purchasing is really good idea.
The communication prior during and after delivery was excellent. The company checked several times on the details of our order.
The delivery experience was great I don't think I have ever taken delivery of such a well packaged product. Care and attention to detail was exemplary.
The table and chairs are beautiful really wonderful craftsmanship , also really easy to assemble.

Light oak extendable table with light oak chairs - we are delighted ! The workmanship is of a very high standard, as a couple in our 60’s we have had many dining tables over the years and the table and the chairs are our best so far. Just had our kitchen/ dining redone and wanted to replace our trusty table of thirty years. Spent quite a while looking in stores and online and settled for the Grain & Frame extending 6-8 seater and 6 dining chairs. And WOW!!! Absolutely thrilled with our choice. Table is beautiful, feels really solid. Beautiful solid oak - not veneer. Assembled easily in a few minutes. ( just have to screw in the table legs) The chairs are solid, comfortable but not heavy or cumbersome.Altogether it’s the perfect Scandi look I was aiming for. I’d read so many positive reviews of Grain & Frame, which helped make my decision - so glad I found this company. Communication pre- delivery was excellent, including an email with assembly and care instructions which we referred to, and delivery guys were very helpful. We’ve just recently received our extendable table and we are delighted with it. Our experience of dealing with Grain and Frame has been superb from our initial enquiry through to delivery. Having spent a career dealing with the transport of valuable paintings, I was particularly impressed by the care and attention to detail given to the packaging of the table when it arrived. It put other deliveries to shame! The table itself is great quality, it should last us for many years to come.
